Website

Overview             In e-Comm we made a website. Mr. Olson made video for us to follow along with while making our website. We were instructed to make a home page with a side bar, and a projects page similar to the home page also with a side bar.  In the side bar we added links to the home/projects page, the ONW website, e-Comm website and our blog. On the projects page we added our favorite projects that we have done this semester. What I Learned Overall in this week I learned a lot. I learned a new program, Dreamweaver, that I had never used before. In Dreamweaver we learned about all the different tools you can use to make a website. After making the basics of a website we learned how to add photos and videos from our projects. When we finished we learned how to design our website and then take a screen shot of it. While making the website I learned all about the different codings,  what they mean and how they affect the website. How it Went Overall

House

Our goal was to make a house based on a house we found on a website called houseplans. Then we were supposed to make a basic cube based on the floor plans of our house. After making the basics we were to add the details using the tools on sketch-up to make our house as similar to house we chose.  What I Learned During this project I learned about google sketch-up. First we learned the two ways to make things, to add or cut out, practicing by making chairs. We learned that the three basic tools of sketch-up are orbit, pan, and zoom. After learning the basics we started on our houses. Making our houses we also used the push/pull, rectangle, and paint tools. How it Went Overall this project went very well. At first it was difficult to use sketch-up, but after practicing by making chairs and watching tutorials it

Bounce

Overview  In this project we were to create 3 different animations. The first one was just a red ball jumping up and down, then the second was a ball bouncing across the canvas. Then last the last one could be whatever we wanted with a surprise emding. How to do it First we had to make a background for the project then make many copies of a ball and make it bounce. We used the command, option-drag key a lot to copy items. Once we copied the balls we had to move them around to make it look as if they were bouncing. Next we created the animation and we had to go frame by frame until thr animation was complete. Conclusin I think this project was very successful and fun to do. If I did it again I would pay more attention on frames and come up with a better surprise animation.

10 words

Overview One of the first animation projects I had to do was create an animation over the 10 words that I used to describe me and to include my first and last name. To create the animation we were told to use Adobe Photoshop. We had to learn new skills in Photoshop but some things I already knew from using Adobe Illustrator. Then we created the actual animation. How to do it First we had to type out the ten words to describe us and our name on Photoshop. Then change the color, font and size so each word is different. Next we arranged the words and our name on the canvas. We had to remember it had to be pleasing to the eye and the white space should stay the same between each word. The final step was to make the letters move from one point to another. Some transitions included it going from one point to another, fading and flipping around. After this the animation was finished. Conclusion I think this project turned out to be a great one. We were able to learn the basics of
